I never thought I would get hooked on American Idol, but I have become quite the fan this year (go Danny!).
One comment that is consistently made by the judges is “be your own person” or “I like how you sang your version.”
This is just as true for us, too, right? As coaches and helping professionals, we need to know ourselves, be true to ourselves, and sing it our way in the marketplace.
